- Establish the JAMUN Secretariat.
- High Schoolers at Deerfield High School and neighboring high schools will be called on to serve as staff members for JAMUN.
- Certain members of JAMUN staff will be given extra responsibilities to ensure a smooth and successful conference.
- These members will be said to form the “JAMUN Secretariat.”
- Members of the “JAMUN Secretariat” will be given unique titles to describe the nature of their responsibilities.
- Call upon local middle school teachers to sponsor delegations.
- JAMUN staff will send emails to local middle school teachers encouraging them to create a Model UN club at their school.
- Dustin Simon will create a spreadsheet to keep track of the schools that will attend JAMUN.
- JAMUN staff may also send letters to schools.
- In the case that the JAMUN Secretariat believes that emails are being sent to spam, they may vote to begin sending “snail mail” to local teachers.
- Members of JAMUN's staff will be called to assist in the writing and addressing of these letters.
